ROSCOE is 8 years old, born in May 1998. He's an inside dog, loves walks
and relaxing. Should be placed with a single person or a couple that
does not have young children. Roscoe is a wonderful watch dog. He became
very protective of my children, especially around other dogs, and should
not be let off the leash in parks. While aging, he's become less tolerant
of younger children pulling on him, riding on him, etc.
Roscoe is a wonderful dog that simply needs one on one attention and a fenced yard to run. He's completely house trained, does not chew anything. He's very loveable, and is not overly needy. He is afraid of going up and down stairs. A donation to CARA is requested for his adoption. I will also request an application and possible a home inspection. I love Roscoe very much, and have made this decision only because we are expecting our 3rd child and he needs more attention than I can give him now. MOSES is 9 years old, born in May of 1997. He's very energetic and a good watch dog. He craves attention. Loves to play ball and frisbee. Would be fine with another dog, but would rather have all of your attention for himself. He's good with children. I would recommend older children, over the age of 8 or 9, someone who will play ball with him on a regular basis. Moses is a wonderful dog, and the only reason we are looking for a home for him is because we live in the city with our 3rd child on the way. He needs more attention and more room to run. He stays inside and is completely house trained. He likes to get into the garbage every now and then, so we lock it up. He is very loving and would not hurt a fly. We will request a donation made to CARA. We will also request an application and a possible home inspection.
Roscoe and Moses have lived together for 6 years now and can be placed together for someone who has the time.
