These kittens and their 4 siblings were found at the Riverdale, MD, Public Works facility when they were just infants. The employees there took all 6 kittens, including one that had fallen into a crevice and had to be rescued, and bottle-fed them until they were old enough to eat on their own. If you have ever hand-reared a kitten, you will know what a huge job it was and how much dedication it took to raise the whole family successfully. Now they are finally old enough to be adopted. Four of them have found homes, but this brother and sister are still available for adoption to a good home. We estimate these kittens were born sometime around the end of March. The tabby (nicknamed Tiger) is a male, and the black and white one (nicknamed Blazette) is a female. As you can see from the pictures, they are extremely cute. What the pictures don't show is their winsome personalities. They just love to romp and play and cuddle and purr. They are both extremely sociable and loving, and chock-full of entertainment value.
