Ria

Dale

Three kittens were found abandoned, living in an old thrown-out mattress, by a maintenance crew in Riverdale Park, Maryland. The guys took them back to the Public Works Department office, and one of the kittens found a home quickly. The other two, Ria and Dale, are still in search of a kind family to adopt them. These kittens are incredibly friendly and outgoing. It's hard to imagine that they were just dumped like garbage, but it happens all the time.

Ria and Dale have been vetted and were tested negative for Feline Leukemia Virus and FIV. They were also vaccinated, de-flea'd and de-wormed. They still need a second distemper vaccination and, when they're big enough, they need to be spayed or neutered. The vet estimates that they were born around Sept. 1, 2006.

Ria is the gray kitten, a lovely and charming little girl. Dale, the black kitten, is a boy. They both have soft, plush fur, with a white spot on the chest, and they are both irresistibly cute. They love to be held and to sit on laps. Dale will scale your leg to get some petting. And of course, being kittens, they just love to play. You really have to meet them to appreciate their manic little personalities. To do that, call Debbie at 301-864-1803 between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm. If there's no answer, leave a message and she'll get back to you.
