I am currently fostering a 2 year old red-nose male Pit bull mix, recently renamed Titus. He came in as a stray and was scheduled to be euthanized at a shelter in Virginia. Here's what I know so far. He's good with other dogs, but would probably get along better with submissive dogs, males or females. He's crate trained, housebroken, and very quiet. I have not tested him with cats, children, or anything else yet. I have had him for only a couple of days, and he is basically in quarantine from the airborne illnesses that tend to run through most shelters. He's currently on medications. He is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and is on heart worm preventative. Once he gains some weight and gets his coat back to shine, I know this is going to be an awesome dog for someone.
