Mini Mommy

Peaking through the window screen!

Mini was first seen in the parking lot of the Jeep dealership in Silver Spring when she was a tiny kitten and was fed by the dealership employees. They let her roam the office and camp out on their desks during the cold winter. When she appeared this summer with kittens in tow, it became clear she needed to find a permanent home! So she and her 3 three month old kittens were rescued by 3 dedicated CARA volunteers. Two of her kittens, Houdini and Little Fuzzy Girl, have been adopted, while their brother Screech is still looking.

Mini is approximately 3 years old and quite the fluffy girlie girl! She is a very mild mannered and quiet little lady who loves to be brushed and groomed (she'll even roll over so you can brush her curly tummy and legs!) She will sit next to you on the couch and patiently wait for some head scratches, or rest her head on your shoulder while you pet her and whisper sweet nothings about what a gorgeous cat she is! Her favorite games are "swat the running water from the faucet" and "chase the laser pointer up and down the stairs". She is most often found in a windowsill - bird, people and critter watching. Mini would would love to find her forever home with one or two adults. While she does get along with other cats, she would be fine as a solo kitty.
