Beres, also known as "Bear Bear", is a big boy. He is outgoing and very social. He'll follow you around and wait until you stop, then jump up for cuddles. He loves to be with you and get lots of loving, and he returns the favor with head butts and big purrs. He'd be a great companion for someone who would enjoy all his attention.

Marley is his demure, smaller sister. She takes a little longer to get aquainted but is friendly and just as affectionate. Nothing makes her happier than to be petted and have her chin scratched. She will also follow you around, just waiting for you to sit down and pet her. She loves to play and will chase a string toy with wild abandon.

Both cats are adjusting to their foster mom's multi-cat household. They mostly ignore the other cats and just want their human's love. Although they have been together since birth, they don't seem to be closely bonded. We would consider adopting them either together or separately. They would be happy with adults and older children, but would not be a good match for young children. They would probably be fine with a cat-friendly dog.

By the way, they are named for Bob Marley and Beres Hammond, two reggae musicians.
