 The Boss is very sweet and outgoing with people, but he is a dominant cat who can be aggressive toward other cats. So he would do best as the only cat in the household. The Boss was a thin, uncared-for stray cat who was rescued by a woman who thought she wanted to help him out. Unfortunately it turned out that she was allergic to cats, so she asked her veterinarian to put the cat to sleep. The doctor was very reluctant to euthanize a healthy, friendly cat, so she made arrangements to have him boarded at the hospital temporarily in hopes of finding him a home. The Boss is a young adult male, about 4 years old. He is now neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations and is negative for Feline Leukemia Virus and FIV. His only health issue is a weepy eye, which is currently being treated, and he is very cooperative about taking his medicine.
