Hi, I'm Sparkle! I just passed my Canine Good Citizen exam. Wow, what a lot of work! There are 10 stages to the exam like leash walking, meeting strangers, commands, etc. I'm so proud! I used to be nervous when meeting new people, but my foster home has helped me become more confident. I can still be nervous but feel much better when there's a game I can play with new friends. I love to play ball! I haven't had exposure to children, so a family without young children would be best. I love chasing the ball and bringing it back for treats. I like to play with other dogs, especially my foster parents' yellow lab. We chase each other around sharing toys and then curl up together on our dog bed. I like to snuggle a lot. I am very obedient and listen very well. I have perfect manners around the house, don't chew on things, have any accidents and I don't beg. I have a TON of love stored up inside me and would LOVE to share it with just the right folks.

Sparkle is at the Humane Society of Harford County. She's a wonderful dog and the best trained dog in the shelter but for some reason has not been adopted.
