These adorable male kittens were born around May 1, and they are now about 1 year old. Apparently their mother was abandoned and she ended up having kittens outside. When mother and babies showed up in a neighborhood yard, the homeowner took pity on them and wanted to help, but she already had a full house. Luckily, she found somebody willing to foster them, so now they are enjoying life as house kittens in Beltsville, Maryland. They are meeting plenty of humans and are living with dogs and other cats, so they are getting lots of exposure to new experiences. They are all friendly and love to be held. They have great appetites and use their litter box faithfully. And, as you can see from their pictures, they are very cute indeed. Mom and two siblings (Mango and Nectarine) have been adopted, but Kiwi and Tangerine are still looking for somebody to take them home. (That's Tangerine and Nectarine, pre-adoption, below right.) If you don't have room for a kitten or two right now, let your friends and acquaintances know about this charming little family.
